I have tried local meal preps & was never ultimately satisfied with their menu choices & overly inflated Prices.. R.M.P has not only really Fresh & Great tasting meals but their prices are like nothing you've ever experienced.. I mean my 11 year old picky eating son enjoys their meals!! The owners are a Genuine Class Act, old fashioned business ethic where they treat you like family & over deliver on their word. I'm so glad I found R.M.P

I was driving to Sacramento to pick up meal preps but finally found Roseville Meal Prep in my town. I was excited to see they change their menu up every week, and have 4 different meals to choose from. The food tastes great and for $6-$7 a meal (less expensive the more you order) it beats fast food, and I am already seeing a change in my energy level. One meal is a vegetarian option each week too! They are locally owned and the food is fresh every week. The give two convenient pick up times. One on Sunday at the commercial kitchen they use, and one on Monday at a different location close to highway 80. Check out their menu on their website each week, or on their instagram. They give discounts too!

How do I start? There are so many positives when it comes to Roseville Meal Prep! I’v been getting their meals for over a month now and every single meal and recipe is way too delicious! I love how affordable their meals are! There are way to many companies out there that charge an arm and a leg for prepared meals. Roseville meal prep makes healthy eating affordable and easy! Thank you again for everything you have done. You are highly recommended in my book!!

Roseville Meal Prep has been a huge asset in helping us Achieve and maintain a healthy lifestyle during this pandemic. Every week my husband and I are impressed with the variety and quality of the weekly meal options. We have yet to get a meal that we didn’t enjoy. Their food delivery option has also made it super convenient. RMP has helped us to stress less about cooking and washing dishes, and allowed us more quality time spent with our family. We love everything this company has to offer!

LOVE this place! My wife and I order from Roseville Meal Prep several times a month. It’s super convenient and their prices are great. We love that they have a great variety of high quality and tasty meals. They have new offerings weekly but also bring back fan favorites with the right amount of frequency. It’s a great way to create portion control since all their meals are under 500 calories and gives us a nice break from just eating “sad sandwiches” everyday for lunch. The protein balls are super tasty, too - we all fight for who gets to eat them. :) It also helps that the owners are amazing! Super friendly and reliable making meal pick up (you can choose delivery, too) something we look forward to. If you haven’t given them a try yet, you definitely should!
